This guidance is mostly based on BSI PAS 181 and focuses on the need, for cities and providers, to get an agreement on a common onthology. However this guidance underpines the relevance of these ontologies, none of existing works adressing this topic is already listed. For example, the SAREF onthology model (https://sites.google.com/site/smartappliancesproject/ontologies/reference-ontology) would be an interseting repository to share. ETSI ISG CIM and the NGSI LD specifications also refer to this topic.
