Yes, once they have terminated their contract as evaluator. If they wish to submit a proposal to a later call they must observe the rules of confidentiality and do not make use of knowledge they have gained from the evaluation of previous proposals.
The evaluation process does not foresee consensus rounds and the mean value of the individual assessments will be used for ranking. However, in case of significant differences, the final ranking will be based on consensus.
Evaluators can be contracted for more than one open call. Contacts, non-conflict and confidentiality agreements will be signed for each open call separately.
StandICT.eu and its Expert Advisory Group (EAG) will review the outcome of the evaluation and create the final list of proposals to be funded. At that stage the proposal might be retained for (future) funding.
The evaluators will be informed of the outcomes of the evaluation process and the final proposals ranking
